At 70 percent of the AMI, there are 39 studios with a monthly rent of $1,487 for incomes ranging from $53,520 to $87,010; 74 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,867 for incomes ranging from $66,892 to $97,860; and 39 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,232 for incomes ranging from $80,263 to $117,390.

At 110 percent of the AMI, there are 29 studios with a monthly rent of $1,727 for incomes ranging from $61,749 to $136,730; 65 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,168 for incomes ranging from $77,212 to $153,780; and 55 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,592 for incomes ranging from $92,606 to $184,470.
